TransLink.iQ developed by ASHBURN International is installed in more than 10 000 POS-terminals in Georgia

 

The software TransLink.iQ, developed by the Lithuanian company ASHBURN International, has established successfully in Georgia. Now, the software package is installed in almost 13 thousand POS-terminals.

TransLink.iQ monitors all money transactions, the way from the payment card to the bank. The software records and distributes cash flows. This function allows trade organizations representatives to accept all payment systems cards by one POS-terminal.

"The main advantage of TransLink.iQ is its wide functionality. Our solution provides the ability to manage the POS-terminals network, update software, and transfer the financial transactions from POS-terminals to bank hosts. During the software adaptation to the Georgian market, our specialists implemented integration with cash systems and new POS terminals functions (which are not used in the Baltic markets)," says Žoržas Šafranovičius, ASHBURN International Executive Director.

Bankcards are a very popular payment instrument in Georgia. There are 9.2 million payment cards in a country with a population of about 3.7 million people (according to 2017 data). During the last year, about 40 million financial transactions have been carried out for an amount exceeding 4 billion lari.
